تُدين رابطة معونه لحقوق الإنسان والهجرة بأشد العبارات التفجير الإرهابي الذي استهدف مسجدًا في مدينة حمص بالجمهورية العربية سوريا يوم الجمعة 26 ديسمبر 2025، كما تُدين الرابطة جريمة الاعتداء الإرهابي التي استهدفت مسجد دار الرئاسة في العاصمة صنعاء بالجمهورية اليمن التي استهدفت المصلين في يوم الجمعة الموافق 3 يونيو 2011.

وتؤكد الرابطة أن هاتين الجريمتين الارهابيتين ، رغم اختلاف الزمان والمكان، إلا أنهما تمثلان نمطًا واحدًا من جرائم الإرهاب المنظّم العابر للحدود والذي يقوم على استهداف المصلّين الآمنين داخل دور العبادة، في انتهاك جسيم لقدسية أماكن العبادة ولأحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني وقانون حقوق الإنسان.

وتشير الرابطة إلى أن ظاهرة الإفلات من العقاب عن هذا النمط من الأفعال الارهابية ، لا سيما في جريمة مسجد دار الرئاسة اليمني ، شكّل سابقة خطيرة شجّعت على تكرار هذا النمط الإرهابي في سوريا وفي غيرها . وعليه، فان الرابطة تدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى اتخاذ إجراءات حازمة ومحددة تشمل: حماية دور العبادة، فتح تحقيقات دولية مستقلة وشاملة في هذا النمط الارهابي المتكرر لجرائم استهداف دور العبادة باعتبارها جرائم إرهابية دولية ، ومساءلة الجناة الارهابيين ومن يقف خلفهم من الدول والتنظيمات ، وعدم تقادم هذه الجرائم، وضمان جبر الضرر للضحايا.

‏Statement of Condemnation of the Recurrent Terrorist Bombings
‏The bombing of a mosque in the city of Homs, Syria, coinciding with the 14th anniversary of the terrorist attack on the Mosque of the Yemeni Presidential Palace Compound in Sana’a, Yemen

‏The Association Ma’onah for Human Rights and Immigration (AMHRI) strongly condemns, in the strongest possible terms, the terrorist bombing that targeted a mosque in the city of Homs, #Syrian Arab Republic, on Friday, 26 December 2025. The Association also condemns the terrorist attack that targeted the Mosque of the Presidential Palace Compound in the capital #Sana’a , Republic of #Yemen, which struck worshippers on Friday, 3 June 2011.

‏AMHRI affirms that, despite differences in time and place, these two terrorist crimes represent a single pattern of organized, cross-border terrorism, based on the deliberate targeting of peaceful worshippers inside places of worship. Such acts constitute a grave violation of the sanctity of religious sites and a serious breach of international humanitarian law and international human rights law.

‏AMHRI further notes that the phenomenon of impunity for this pattern of terrorist acts—particularly in the case of the Yemeni Presidential Mosque—has set a dangerous precedent that has encouraged the repetition of such crimes in Syria and elsewhere. Accordingly, the Association calls on the international community to take firm and specific measures, including: protecting places of worship; launching independent and comprehensive international investigations into this recurring pattern of terrorist attacks against places of worship as international terrorist crimes; ensuring accountability for terrorist perpetrators and those who stand behind them, including states and organizations; preventing statutes of limitation for such crimes; and guaranteeing reparations and redress for victims.
